Glean Labs is an automatic employee competency platform for large R&D organizations. Operational and collaboration systems, used by tech employees on a daily basis, contain valuable data on actual work and processes taking place. By gleaning and analyzing that data, Glean's algorithms automatically identify and continuously update employees’ skills, knowledge, and experience. Managers and employees can use Glean's evidence-based insights to transform organizational processes (such as workforce planning, project staffing, internal mobility, knowledge sharing, and many others) into data-driven decision-making.
