Hospitals in the Canadian city of Montreal will use technology developed by Tel Aviv-based startup Binah AI Ltd. to assist patients battling the coronavirus (Covid-19), the company announced Tuesday. Using Binah.ai’s vital signs monitoring tool will help triage nurses check vital signs such as the heart rate, respiratory rate, and the blood’s oxygen saturation of patients without physical contact with them, according to the company’s statement. The condition of certain hospitalized patients can be monitored from their beds, and the vital signs of patients at home can be checked remotely using Binah.ai’s technology.
