AI Baby Monitor Startup Nanit Raises $21 Million

Udisense Inc., the Israeli baby sleep monitor startup known as Nanit, announced Tuesday it has completed a $21 million series C financing round. The round was led by existing investors Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP) Upfront Ventures, RRE Ventures, and Rho, bringing the company’s total funding raised to date to $50 million. Founded in 2016 and based in Tel Aviv, Nanit develops a machine learning and computer vision-based monitor that tracks and analyzes babies’ sleep. Nanit's technology is based on a camera that monitors and analyzes sleep patterns in real-time, offering sleep insights, behavioral analysis, expert advice, and nightly video summaries.
