“Otonomo has today contracts with 12 car manufacturers…. about 40 million cars and we are really the biggest center for automotive and mobility data on the planet,” explained Otonomo Co-founder and CEO Ben Volkow. Speaking about the importance of data, Volkow shared that his five-and-a-half-year-old company collects information that can help a variety of different sectors.

“The amount of data is just growing because there are more connected cars, because cars have more sensors, and because data is not a second-degree citizen anymore. It’s a prime citizen. It’s the center stage and we see new vehicles which are moving sensors on wheels… I believe that the more data we have, the more value this data can bring, the more the merrier.”
