Finaro outlines its future plans following acquisition by US-based Shift4

“Shift4 is one of the leading card present payment service providers in North America,” explained Finaro CTO Moshe Selfin. Three weeks before speaking with CTech at Mind the Tech London 2022, the company announced that it had been acquired by the American company to help expand its technology and services.

“They have customers like Disney, Ticketmaster, Hilton, all the sport venues in the U.S. use its technology and services,” Selfin continued. “What they wanted to do was go international and also be able to do what Finaro focuses on, which is eCommerce cross-border payment services. With this combination, we will have a full stack solution of card present and card not present across the globe based on the joint technologies and services the companies bring.”
