“I’m sure next year will never look like this year - this is what everyone knows now,” explained Judith Charbit. Charbit runs operations at Juno Journey and is also the host of a podcast called Show Your Talent. “I think HR departments are moving to the place of talking data, and to be data-oriented. In the same way that sales departments are talking in data, in KPIs. The HR departments are becoming more business-oriented and we are starting to back every single act of HR inside a company in numbers.”

Juno Journey helps companies onboard, develop, and retain employees at companies. It has clients such as WalkMe, monday.com, Kaltura, and Trax who all feel the struggle of maintaining talent in Startup Nation. According to Charbit, employee churn costs anything between 3-6 salaries.

“This is what I see in the market, that we are becoming more data-oriented… If you ask me, it is a win-win,” she added.
