StructShare, which develops a construction procurement and inventory platform for specialty contractors, has raised $8 million in funding. The Israeli startup aims to solve chronic inefficiencies across the supply chain using digital tools and data analysis.

The round was led by KOMPAS, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on the built environment and construction digitization. There was also participation by first-time contech investors SeedIL, and CEMEX Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of the multinational building materials company. Existing angel and strategic investors also participated in the round.

Launched in 2021, StructShare has developed a software solution that automates all procurement processes in the field, office and warehouse.

The company, founded by Or Lakritz and Arik David, has raised a total of $10 million in pre-Seed and Seed funding. According to the company, it has grown its customer base by 300% year-on-year across 20 states and 15 different trades.
