VC firm 10D appoints Alon Kantor as Partner
Kantor, the former VP of Business Development at Check Point, will lead investments in early-stage Israeli startups across various sectors, with a focus on the cyber and defense sectors.
Alon Kantor, the former VP of Business Development at Check Point, has been appointed as a Partner at venture capital firm 10D. He will lead investments in early-stage Israeli startups across various sectors, with a focus on the cyber and defense sectors.
Kantor led worldwide partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and market penetration strategies at Check Point after previously co-founding Toka, a startup providing cyber solutions to governments, intelligence agencies, and other global organizations. Kantor holds degrees in Computer Science and Law from Tel Aviv University.
Founded in 2019, 10D manages over $350 million across three funds. The firm has invested in over 20 startups, including unicorns Weka, DriveNets, and Augury, as well as leading startups Exodigo, Juno Journey, OneStep, and Obligo. The other partners at the fund are Yahal Zilka, Rotem Eldar, Itay Rand, and Adi Dangot Zukovsky. Previous investments include Waze, WalkMe, Moovit, Appsflyer, Valens, Argus, Aidoc, and many others.
