April 2025 in Israeli tech funding: Over $455 million in 19 deals
Early-stage funding once again dominated the landscape, with only six of the 19 deals being Series B or later.
Over $455 million was raised by Israeli startups across 19 deals in April—a decline of more than 50% compared to the over $1 billion raised during the same month last year.

The primary reason for the drop is the absence of mega-rounds (funding rounds of $100 million or more), which contributed significantly to April 2024’s total. That month saw four such rounds, including Cyera ($300M), Island ($175M), Guesty ($130M), and Hailo ($120M).
By contrast, the largest round in April 2025 was Lightrun’s $70 million raise, with only two other companies—Sentra and Healthee—raising $50 million or more.
Early-stage funding once again dominated the landscape, with only six of the 19 deals being Series B or later.
