Check Point, one of Israel’s most prominent cybersecurity firms, is doubling down on its presence in Tel Aviv with the construction of a vast new campus that will span 100,000 square meters and house 6,000 workstations, a bold signal of the company’s growth ambitions and its commitment to remaining anchored in Israel’s high-tech ecosystem.

The company’s joint bid with real estate developer Israel Canada to purchase a plot on Tel Aviv’s Kraminzky Street was approved by the Tel Aviv-Yafo City Council, pending final regulatory sign-off. Check Point invested approximately 500 million ILS (about $135 million) in the land acquisition, its largest real estate deal in Israel to date.

"This move reflects Check Point’s long-term commitment to growth and to reinforcing its leadership in cybersecurity, from Israel,” said Gil Shwed, the company’s founder and chairman. “As an Israeli company, we see strategic importance in anchoring our leadership and operations here.”

Construction is slated to begin in 2027 and is expected to take seven years. The project will include a 40-story office tower, a preserved historical building, and a suite of employee-friendly amenities, including open-air green spaces, restaurants, and cafés. The broader project will also feature 302 residential units. Check Point currently employs around 7,000 people worldwide, including more than 3,000 in Israel

The new campus will double the capacity of Check Point’s current headquarters on Hasolelim Street, which the company first acquired in 2006. That facility has since grown to encompass 30,000 square meters and includes the company’s Cyber Education Center, professional training programs, and various employee services.
