
Scytale acquires AudITech for $15M to expand compliance automation capabilities
SOX-focused platform to be integrated into Scytale’s AI-driven compliance system.
Israeli startup Scytale, which specializes in trust and security compliance automation, has acquired fellow Israeli company AudITech. AudITech, which has raised $5 million since its founding, is being sold at a valuation of approximately $15 million. All ten of its employees will join Scytale as part of the deal.

Scytale has developed a cloud-based platform for intelligent management of compliance processes across information security, privacy, and AI. Its solution enables organizations to handle compliance quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively, offering full oversight through continuous monitoring. The platform replaces manual, time-consuming, and expensive procedures, saving thousands of work hours and allowing teams to focus on strategic growth.
AudITech’s core technology will be integrated into Scytale’s Enterprise suite. Founded by Eli Edry (CEO) and Roni Beeri (COO), AudITech created an innovative automation platform focused on Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) IT General Controls (ITGC). Its clients include major companies such as monday.com, Fiverr, Pagaya, and ICL.
Scytale, founded in 2021 by Meiran Galis, has raised tens of millions of dollars from private investors. To date, the company has supported thousands of audits for clients in 44 countries, helping them meet international standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and many others. Its customers include global names like Deel, Intel, Brella, Oligo Security, and Guesty.
