
ICI secures $50M for Fund II, eyes 15 more investments by the end of 2026
The VC firm has already notched exits with Eureka and Suridata.
The venture capital firm ICI Fund has completed a $50 million raise for its second fund. So far, it has invested in 13 companies in sectors such as healthcare, cybersecurity, infrastructure, security technologies, construction technologies, fintech, and advanced artificial intelligence. The fund plans to invest in at least 15 additional companies by the end of 2026.
ICI Fund has already recorded two exits: Eureka Security, which was acquired by Tenable, and Suridata, which was acquired by Fortinet. The fund reported that the raise was oversubscribed by its investors, which include Stanford alumni and others.

The firm was founded by Elkin, a lawyer, entrepreneur, and Stanford MBA graduate. The ICI team includes Tim Jones, a seasoned VC based in Colorado; Yaron Wolfsthal, a deep tech and cybersecurity expert; Ari Goldfarb, a former founder; Mark Zitter, a U.S.-based healthcare entrepreneur; and Aviv Nizri, a principal.
