Buildots appoints Daphna Beer-Gabel as Chief Customer Officer

Buildots, an Israeli startup developing AI-powered construction management solutions, has announced the appointment of Daphna Beer-Gabel as its new Chief Customer Officer. She will lead the global customer division, overseeing onboarding, support, and long-term relationship management as customers integrate the platform into their daily operations.

Beer-Gabel brings over a decade of experience from Payoneer, where she most recently served as SVP Operations Customer Journey. Her previous roles include positions at 888 Holdings and EY Israel. She holds a degree from Tel Aviv University and is an alumna of INSEAD’s executive program, as well as a participant in Meta’s SHESHE initiative for women in tech.

Founded in 2018 by Talpiot graduates Roy Danon (CEO), Aviv Leibovici (CPO), and Yakir Sudry (CTO), Buildots has raised $166 million to date and is changing the construction industry by enabling project managers to predict future delays based on current progress and past data trends. Investors include Qumra Capital, OG Venture Partners, TLV Partners, Poalim Equity, Future Energy Ventures, Intel Capital, and Viola Growth. It currently employs over 200 people, with 150 based in its Tel Aviv headquarters and the rest in North America, the UK, and Europe. In 2025 it was voted Calcalist's third most promising startup in Israel.
