Company description: Epilog is a behavioral AI-trained care companion that supports people facing serious illness or in need of complex care.

The system builds an ongoing personal connection with patients and their families through simple channels like SMS, detects signs of distress, the need for supportive care, or other clinical escalation and connects them to the right human responder, without requiring any additional coordination.

The solution was developed in collaboration with world experts in palliative care, behavioral science, and value-based healthcare.

Epilog was part of the Israeli startup squad that participated in Calcalist's Mind the Tech London 2025 conference. Calcalist's "Dream Team" to London included early-stage startup companies in various fields. The startups joined the official delegation in its journey to London and took part in roundtable discussions at the event, presenting their companies to senior executives from the British and international tech industries.
