Company description: Torr FoodTech has developed a unique production technology for healthy snacks, based on an ultrasonic “gluing” process that does not use sugar, sweeteners, or artificial additives. By applying pressure and ultrasonic waves, the company binds natural ingredients such as fruits, nuts, and grains while fully preserving their nutritional value, taste, and texture. The method is more energy-efficient than traditional processes, reduces food waste, and supports the development of cleaner, more sustainable products.
Torr FoodTech was part of the Israeli startup squad that participated in Calcalist's Mind the Tech London 2025 conference. Calcalist's "Dream Team" to London included early-stage startup companies in various fields. The startups joined the official delegation in its journey to London and took part in roundtable discussions at the event, presenting their companies to senior executives from the British and international tech industries.
