Fine.dev, founded by engineers and entrepreneurs Haggai Hofland, Jonathan Harel, and Dan Leshem, developed AI-assisted development techniques that convert business ideas into working software prototypes in minutes, a process that has become known as “vibe coding.” By joining HoneyBook’s product and development teams, the company hopes the founders will bring this capability directly into the platform, enabling small businesses to customize applications and workflows.

HoneyBook first launched AI-powered business management in March 2025, integrating features such as automated email drafting, dynamic daily task lists, and comprehensive operational reporting. With Fine.dev onboard, the company now aims to extend these capabilities further, allowing entrepreneurs to translate their intentions into functional software tools without traditional coding.

“By bringing in the Fine.dev team, we’re adding unique AI expertise that will help us build and deploy new capabilities faster than traditional development allows,” said Oz Alon, CEO and co-founder of HoneyBook. “Ultimately, this empowers our members with more powerful tools to manage their businesses on their own terms.”

Recent HoneyBook AI advancements include the transition to a fully agentic system, in which AI independently selects and orchestrates tools to address member requests. This allows the platform to handle more complex operations, such as building integrations and automating administrative workflows, which members previously managed manually. According to the company, HoneyBook members leveraging AI see 2.5 times more booked projects, 2.3 times more profitable leads, and save over 20 hours weekly on administrative tasks.
