November 2025 in Israeli tech funding: Over $1.4 billion across 28 deals

From Armis to Heven AeroTech, big-ticket raises shape one of the most active months in recent memory.

Israel’s tech sector closed November with one of its strongest fundraising months of the year, pulling in $1.435 billion across 28 rounds, the second-highest monthly total of 2025 and the most raised in any November since the 2021 investment boom. The figures, drawn from a series of public announcements, signal that Israel’s startup industry, buffeted by war, political turmoil, and a global funding reset, continues to draw deep-pocketed global investors in critical fields such as cybersecurity, AI, quantum computing and defense technology.

The month’s surge was powered by a handful of unusually large raises. The cybersecurity firm Armis secured $435 million at a $6.1 billion valuation, ahead of a planned IPO. Meanwhile, drone manufacturer Heven AeroTech hit a $1 billion valuation in a $100 million round led by IonQ, marking one of the country’s largest defense-tech investments of the year. Several other companies posted rounds between $50 million and $100 million.

The pattern of November’s deals reflects a sharp reprioritization in the Israeli innovation economy. Cybersecurity founders from Cybereason, Guardicore, Tenable, and the IDF’s elite cyber units led new ventures that quickly secured tens of millions in Seed rounds, evidence that early-stage cybersecurity remains one of Israel’s most resilient pipelines. Among them, Tenzai raised $75 million to build autonomous “hacker” AI, and 7AI, the new startup from Cybereason’s founders, set out to raise $100 million for an AI-driven incident response platform.

AI infrastructure and chips also drew significant capital. Majestic Labs secured $90 million to attack the AI memory bottleneck, while NXP led a $17.5 million round in RAAAM Memory Technologies, which is building a new class of on-chip memory for next-generation processors. Meanwhile, Wonderful, an AI agent platform operating in ten countries, completed a $100 million Series A just four months after its Seed round.

Quantum computing, long considered a niche frontier, also featured prominently. The U.S. quantum firm IonQ not only led the $100 million investment in Heven AeroTech but had participated weeks earlier in a $30 million round for quantum software firm Classiq, creating a rare, vertically connected set of bets across hardware, sensing, and enterprise software.

Defense and dual-use technologies were especially prominent. Alongside Heven’s raise, cybersecurity startup Sweet Security, founded by ex-IDF cyber chiefs, secured $75 million to tackle hidden AI risks. Guardio, responding to surging consumer cyber threats, raised $80 million with plans to surpass $100 million in ARR. Multiple cloud-security and identity-management startups, including Apono ($34M), Opti ($20M), and Blast Security ($10M), closed rounds within days of each other.
