Launching with more than 1,000 AI agents trained on domain-specific best practices across 70 specific industries, the company offers resource-constrained SMBs with services that are essential for businesses such as research, accounting, digital marketing, HR, and more.
Small businesses employ nearly half of the American workforce and represent roughly 43.5% of the country’s GDP. However, they continue to suffer from growing pains and according to research by Microsoft, 59% of small business owners would like to generate new ideas for growth but are burdened by daily demands such as customer communication, accounting, and administrative tasks like data entry and scheduling. Enso intends to bridge the gap and offer an AI solution that can provide SMBs with affordable, AI-powered services that deliver the needed services at a reduced cost.

“Running a small business means constantly being in survival mode, lacking the resources and expertise that larger businesses have,” said Mickey Haslavsky, CEO of Enso. “AI has fast become readily available to these larger companies, but not to small businesses. We created Enso by making AI accessible to companies that serve traditional industries so they can compete on an equal footing with larger corporations—instead of spending money on bank-breaking agency services.”
Enso employs a concept called ‘Guided AI Agents’ which are designed to overcome the unpredictability and unreliability sometimes associated with conventional AI agents. Whereas traditional AI agents make autonomous decisions that can lead to incorrect outcomes and limit the ability to provide services at scale, Enso’s Guided AI Agents deliver consistent and predictable results from targeted, industry-specific, and predefined libraries of templates, components, or software integrations.
