The UK Israel Tech Hub is a not-for-profit venture operating out of the British Embassy in Israel since 2011. The Hub was founded by the UK government as a means to drive economic growth by helping British companies partner with cutting-edge technology from Israel.

“Healthcare is massive,” Fisher said regarding sectors that are of particular interest in the UK. “Since Covid it has got a lot of attention in the UK and they are looking for innovation across the world. A lot of government budgets in the UK are going towards that sector. The emphasis is mostly on digital healthcare and software. They look towards Israel for AI capabilities and there are numerous examples of Israeli tech operating in the NHS and saving lives and money.”
