"The AI revolution, and especially generative AI, will completely change the world as we know it," said Takenaka Heizo, Professor Emeritus at Keio University, during a talk with Eyal Agmoni, Founder of Chartered Group during the Israel-Japan Conference in Tokyo.
According to Prof. Takenaka, "We are in the middle of a significant technological revolution that will be felt in every field of life. Many jobs will change and disappear from the labor market. Social activity will also change."
He emphasized that the changes currently taking place in the world will occur not only in areas that we take for granted, but in many areas that are still not completely clear to us.
"These technological changes are very important for democratic countries. We need to take advantage of the opportunities that artificial intelligence technologies present for social and technological changes. Countries like Japan and Israel must be prepared on a social level for the changes that artificial intelligence will bring."
