
Ex-Google, Meta execs raise $90M Series A for Majestic Labs, targeting AI infrastructure breakthrough
The startup aims to pack the memory of ten racks of servers into a single system, tackling the “memory wall” bottleneck in AI workloads.
Majestic Labs has raised $90 million in a Series A round following a $10 million Seed round in 2024. Investors include Bow Wave Capital, which led the Series A, Lux Capital, which led the Seed round, and SBI, Upfront, Grove Ventures, Hetz Ventures, QP Ventures, Aidenlair Global and TAL Ventures.

The company is promising a radical shift in the way the world trains and deploys artificial intelligence. Founded by former executives from Google and Meta, the company claims its all-in-one servers can handle AI workloads that today require multiple racks of conventional servers and switches.
Over the past decade, AI models have grown at a breakneck pace. According to Stanford’s 2025 AI Index Report, training clusters double roughly every five months, datasets expand every eight, and overall power usage continues to climb. Yet the memory infrastructure that powers these systems has lagged, forcing organizations to overprovision costly compute resources just to meet their memory needs.
The company’s innovation lies in rebalancing memory and compute within a single system. Each server integrates hardware and software designed to “hyperscale” memory capacity within familiar frameworks, bypassing the so-called “memory wall” that often throttles data flow to processors.

The company was founded by Shacham, Masumi Reynders (COO), and Sha Rabii (President), who are collectively responsible for building FAST (Facebook Agile Silicon Team) at Meta Reality Labs and GChips at Google. The team holds over 120 patents and has developed and shipped hundreds of millions of units of custom silicon, including the world’s first AI processors on mobile devices and the first augmented reality compute platform.
