“I think that the whole world has gone crazy in the last few years. You're looking at the recession, at the elections, and the war in Israel,” said Tami Mazel Shachar, CEO at Incredibuild. “Incredibuild is a global company and most of our customers are not in Israel. The fact that our headquarters are here and we have to manage the stormy waters, what keeps us is our focus and understanding that we're here to solve the pain. We need to be very focused on giving the best service, quiet down all of the voices around us, and keep our eyes on the ball to make sure we bring value and we do it in the best way.”

Incredibuild is an Israeli company in the DevOps space designed to help accelerate computationally-intensive tasks by distributing them over networks. Its tools are available for Microsoft Windows and Linux, as well as gaming platforms such as Android, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Incredibuild, which has raised $55 million to date, laid off 20% of its workforce last month, cutting around 40 of 215 employees.

“I think that that requires all of the CEOs and companies to manage whatever is going on in each country in a way that makes sure that everybody is in the game and very, very focused,” she added.
