Moonshot AI, a startup building AI-driven websites that evolve and self-optimize over time, has raised $10 million in Seed funding to expand its no-code platform. The round was led by Silicon Valley-based Mighty Capital, with participation from Oceans Ventures, Uncorrelated, Garuda Ventures, and Almaz Capital.

Founded in 2023 with teams in Tel Aviv and New York, Moonshot AI’s platform uses generative AI to turn static websites into what the company calls “living organisms.” These sites continuously analyze user behavior, experiment with new designs and content, and automatically deploy the best-performing versions, without human intervention.

The company says e-commerce customers using its platform have seen a 30% increase in revenue per visitor within months. Clients such as retail conglomerate Yáneken and skincare brand DefenAge reported substantial gains in sales after adopting Moonshot AI’s technology.

“In a world where AI hype runs faster than business results, we wanted to ground artificial intelligence in something tangible: profit,” said co-founder and CEO Aviv Frenkel, who founded the company alongside Evyatar Segal. Frenkel, who began his career as a technology journalist before running his own e-commerce business, said the frustration of optimizing websites led him to create a product that could do it autonomously.

“There are B2B and B2C companies,” Frenkel said. “Moonshot AI, to Evyatar and me, is a B-2-me company. I started because I had a pain in my e-commerce business and wanted to fix it. Conversion rate optimization is like voodoo, you never know what works and what doesn’t, and every change requires a massive team. That’s why we built Moonshot AI.”

The company’s platform aims to replace traditional digital optimization workflows, which typically rely on large teams of developers, designers, and analysts. Instead, Moonshot AI automates the process entirely: generating new site experiences using AI, running live tests, and deploying winning iterations in real time.
