How ScaleOps brings the Israeli attitude to European companies

Rose Penhasi, CEO at ScaleOps, joined CTech at Google and Calcalist’s e-commerce event to discuss how the company’s attitude is a benefit in Europe

“We're HubSpot and Salesforce partners in Israel, so we're basically outsourcing and bringing experts for CRM,” explained Rose Penhasi, CEO at ScaleOps. “And we're a team of 15 people established a few years ago. We already grew a lot and are looking to expand to more tools and applications.”

Penhasi joined CTech to discuss ScaleOps, a company that provides sales operations and revenue operations services. It handles the marketing side, the selling side, customer success support, and more. ScaleOps works with many industries in Israel, mainly tech companies, cyber, health, and agritech, among others. In the last four years, it has worked with 400 companies and is looking to expand its services to Europe.

“It's really interesting because we're not like a tech company, we're services,” she continued. “But we feel like a tech company: we work very fast, we adapt ourselves to be like fast learners and adaptive to changes… we worked with some European companies and we can bring the fast, flexible, and agile approach that we see here in Israel.”
