Armis relocates to accommodate post-M&A growth spree
Otorio deal and other recent acquisitions push firm to seek larger, unified space.
Cybersecurity company Armis Security has leased five floors, approximately 8,000 square meters, in the Hasolelim project by Mivne, located on Yigal Alon corridor in Tel Aviv, Calcalist has learned. Armis did not lease the space directly from Mivne, which owns the tower, but from Switchup, a company within the Fattal Group that leases approximately 25,000 square meters in the project.
It is estimated that Armis will pay at least NIS 165 (approximately $48) per square meter per month, reflecting an annual rent of around NIS 16 million ($4.7M).
Armis currently occupies approximately 4,800 square meters in the Acro Tower on Yitzhak Sadeh Street in Tel Aviv, also leased from Switchup. However, because Switchup was unable to expand Armis’s space in the Acro Tower, the company was offered the new space in the Hasolelim project.
Armis is moving due to a significant increase in headcount, following three acquisitions since 2024, and a desire to consolidate all teams under one roof.

In March 2025, Armis acquired Israeli company Otorio, which specializes in protecting industrial systems and cyber-physical environments, for $120 million. In April 2024, it acquired another Israeli cybersecurity startup, Silk Security, and prior to that, the U.S.-based CTCI, which focuses on AI-driven cyber threat detection.
Switchup and ROOMS are both part of the Fattal Group (which holds 50% of Switchup and 90% of ROOMS) and are involved in office rentals. ROOMS rents shared workspaces, while Switchup focuses on designing and constructing traditional (non-shared) office spaces for third parties. Switchup currently controls an estimated 150,000 square meters of office space, mainly leased to tech companies.
The Solelim project is expected to be completed and receive occupancy permits by January 2026. The lease term for Switchup and ROOMS will begin at that time and will last 10 years and 9 months, with an option to extend for up to 14 additional years over three renewal periods.
