Israel has the worst workmen and architects in the world. Block wall construction, years behind the times. No pride of craftsmenship. High tech--Israel's great. Building--not so much.

No way. Israelis do not know to build houses. I have not seen yet a house built correctly. My experiences are leaking roofs, leaking walls and leaking windows. Electric wiring is faulty, paint work below 3rd world standard. The only straight walls and 90 deg. angle I have seen in Caesarea. Built by Romans 2000 years ago.
