Opportunistic. What about when the shekel was 4 to 1. Did the Govt raise taxes because of the exchange rate. Like nay public or private company they need to become more competitive. Most of the companies listed here also employ people offshore for lower salaries but do NOTHING to bring jobs back to Israel.
