אני חושב שצריך לתת את השכר הכי גבוה בגילאים הכי נמוכים כדי להגיע לתוצאות.. הבעיה שנראה שכל אחד יכול לחנך ילדים קטנים בגלל שהתוצאות לא מיידיות , צריך לבנות מערכת כזו שיש בה אמות מידה (מתי חינוך בגיל הרך וביסודי הוא מוצלח ומתי לא) עוד דבר, ישנו נתק מטורף בין הגן , ליסודי ובין היסודי לחטיבה ובין החטיבה לתיכון ובין התיכון לאוניברסיטה.
