4. WHO'S TERRITORY? Since 1922, the territory between the Med. Sea and the Jordan River, including the Golan Heights, and of course the whole city of Jerusalem, are Jewish-Israeli property as decided by the League of Nations, a decision that became International Law, and can't be rescinded! November 1947 UN partition Plan was a proposal as are ALL General Assembly resolutions, and being rejected by all Arab countries, it went off the table. Even worse, UN Resolution violates the rule of RES JUDICATA, as the case was already settled in 1922! FO | 10.07.18 (ל"ת)
2. Karmiel Yes it is. And I don't mean that in a bad way. But it most certainly is. Just because it's big doesn't make it less of one. Marc | 10.07.18 (ל"ת)
1. Ariel is not a settlement Ariel is not a settlement. it's a city with a university and it's an area that the UN designated would be part of Israel as part of the partition plan. In the 1948 war however, Jordan overran the area and took it over. In 1967, when Jordan lost the war that it and the others started, Israel got it back. Michal | 10.07.18 (ל"ת)
