Israeli banks now consider ALL CUSTOMERS to be criminal money-launderers. That is the default attitude. Transferring funds with Israel has become hell in even the most innocent cases because EVERYONE is considered a suspect. One bank rep even told me that there is "LOTS of money laundering" in the USA and UK so that Israeli banks don't accept transfers. Israel has gone crazy.
