i wish to publically protest the policy of the bank Leumi in Safed, with its nearly 20 advissors and no cashier, ever. To pay money into someones account there, i had to transfer funds to it from my own other bank! I do not knoww if i have ever heard of a bank that refuses to deal in cash and i believe it is against their license.

It is called greed. They just cant get enough.
