Guesty, Inc., a rental property management company, has raised $19.7 million from private investors, according to a Tuesday filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Guesty did not disclose information about the investors, other than the fact there were eight of them.

Guesty is a cloud-based management platform for vacation rental services such as Airbnb. Guesty users can manage multiple rental booking platforms and accounts with the company’s property management software, unified inbox, and communication services. Guesty also offers automation, payment processing, and website creation tools.

Founded in 2013 by Israeli entrepreneurs Amiad Soto and Koby Soto, Guesty operates out of offices in Hillsborough, California and Tel Aviv. An alum of the Y Combinator seed accelerator, Guesty raised a $1.4 million seed round in 2014 from investors including Y Combinator, Israeli investors Magma Ventures Partners and AltaIR Capital, and from Russian venture capital firm Buran Venture Capital. In May 2017, Guesty raised an additional $3 million.
