Data Recovery Company Zerto Mulls New York IPO

Zerto’s annual sales in topped $100 in 2018, according to the people familiar with the matter. They further said, Zerto executives met with several investment banks in recent weeks in a search for underwriters. Zerto is also considering raising capital via private issuance either prior to or instead of an IPO, these people said.
Founded in 2010 and dually headquartered in Tel Aviv and Boston, Zerto develops disaster recovery and business continuity software for virtualized infrastructure and cloud environments. The company was founded by brothers Oded Kedem and Ziv Kedem. The latter co-founded backup software company Kashya Inc, acquired by EMC Corporation in 2006. Its clients include Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Group and Japanese computer company Fujitsu Ltd.
