"2021 was a crazy year and I am very happy to say that we already have 500 employees, we have raised over $600 million at a value of $3.4 billion in the last round and we are protecting all the connected devices and all the assets of the organization," said Yevgeny Dibrov, CEO of Armis, at Calcalist's 2022 Cyber Conference.

"Among our customers are hospitals, retail companies and 35 out of 100 companies on the Fortune 100 list, while in the last year alone we have doubled our sales."

Armis is one of the most promising cyber companies in Israel with a valuation of $3.4 billion and already one exit to its name from the sale of the company to Insight Partners and Alphabet’s investment arm CapitalG two years ago.

"In this crazy year we at Armis have grown in all aspects. We have grown in terms of sales and the number of countries in which we operate. We have added more capabilities to our product including a cloud product we developed during 2020 in the pandemic's first year. This is a product that allows full remote installation and gives a full response to the full protection needs of organizations. The amount of attacks in the last year has only increased, we are constantly seeing more and more attacks in a variety of areas, in a variety of types of attacks and Armis serves as the main defense. When the last weakness of Log4j was discovered we served as a Google Maps for organizations and mapped to them at each and every point where they have a weakness in their systems. In a short time we gave the security manager in the organization all the details on each point.

“I think 2022 is going to be a very difficult year for the cyber world. There will be a lot of attacks and from the startup companies' side it will be a year where we see a lot of mergers of companies. I and my partner in founding the company, Nadir Izrael, invest in quite a few companies and feel that there will be a change this year. At Armis, too, we are going to make significant acquisitions this year. We are now looking at several companies that are strategically and technologically suitable for us. We are approaching an era where there will be no room for niche companies that provide a small solution, but rather platform companies that provide complete solutions to all the needs of the organization. It is not possible for the factory to have one cyber solution and the enterprise computer systems to have a completely different computer system."

"It will be very difficult for niche companies," he added. "There are many companies that try to imitate us and want to be like us. Many niche companies are emerging as competitors and our job is to constantly get ahead of these companies, to hire more good people, and develop our company."
