Spacial’s platform uses AI agents to automate engineering work in construction projects. It integrates with tools that architects already use, automatically converting 2D drawings into detailed 3D plans that comply with local standards, including structural, electrical, and plumbing systems, and identifies potential design conflicts even before submission.
The technology enables significant reductions in design costs, accelerates project execution, and contributes to sustainability through more precise construction that minimizes material waste and rework.
Spacial was founded by Maor Greenberg (Co-Founder and CEO), who brings extensive experience in construction and real estate development from the Greenberg Group in Palo Alto, and Ami Avrahami (Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer), one of the founders of Veev, which previously reached unicorn status before shutting down.
