Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s largest bank, announced on Tuesday the promotion of Haim Pinto to the role of Chief Technology Officer.
For daily updates, subscribe to our newsletter by clicking here.Mr. Pinto joined the bank last year in a business development role, leading a number of strategic initiatives, including an investment in Viola FinTech, a newly formed venture capital fund which is part of Israel-based Viola Group, a technology-oriented private equity investment group.
Mr. Pinto has over 25 years of experience in the technology sector. He previously worked for Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York, leading strategic IT initiatives and supporting digital transformation efforts for the investment bank.
