Predictive Marketing Startup Leadspace Raises $21 Million

Israel-based predictive marketing startup Leadspace Ltd. has raised $21 million in a Series C funding round, the company announced Thursday.

The round was led by Santa Monica, California-based Arrowroot Capital, and Jerusalem-based venture firm Jerusalem Venture Partners. Existing investors Battery Ventures and Vertex Ventures also participated.
Founded in 2007, Leadspace develops and sells a service that helps businesses generate new leads and optimize business-facing marketing efforts. It lists Microsoft, Marketo, HP Enterprise, and Brocade as customers.
The company employs around 90 people in offices in Israel and the U.S., and has seen a 2% increase in its workforce over the last year, according to LinkedIn data.
It will use the funding to accelerate development and hire more developers in Israel said Leadspace co-founder and chief technology officer Amnon Mishor in an interview with Calcalist Thursday.
