Founded in 2014, Logz.io develops an open code system that uses predictive analytics and machine-learning algorithms to detect and process meaningful data in volumes of information automatically generated by computer servers, applications, and network devices.
“Every product, including your phone right now, creates logs, every software reports back on what it has been up to,” Tomer Levy, co-founder and CEO of Logz.io, said in a phone interview with Calcalist Wednesday. There is no way to track the software’s operation other than going through every log, which can be a tedious task in a world where almost every action is processed by a computer, he explained.
